How to apply eyelash growth gel

Here are the steps to apply eyelash growth gel correctly:

1. Prepare the tools and materials
   • Eyelash growth gel: Choose a high-quality, reliable product.
   • Clean applicator brush: Usually, the eyelash growth gel comes with a dedicated brush. Make sure it's clean and free of any debris or old product.
2. Clean the eye area
   • Remove makeup: Use a gentle, oil-free makeup remover to thoroughly remove any mascara, eyeliner, or other eye makeup. This ensures that the growth gel can directly contact the eyelash roots without being blocked by makeup residues.
   • Wash the face: Wash your face with mild facial cleanser and water to remove dirt and oil from the skin around the eyes. Pat the eye area dry with a clean towel or tissue.
3. Apply the growth gel
   • Tilt your head back: Sit in a comfortable position and tilt your head slightly back so that you can clearly see your eyelashes and avoid the gel from flowing into your eyes.
   • Apply along the lash line: Dip the applicator brush into the eyelash growth gel, and then gently apply the gel along the base of your upper eyelashes, from the inner corner to the outer corner. Try to make the gel as close to the lash roots as possible, similar to the way you apply eyeliner. For the lower eyelashes, you can also apply a small amount of gel, but be more careful to avoid getting it into your eyes.
   • Control the amount: Do not apply too much gel at one time to prevent it from dripping into the eyes or causing excessive stickiness. A thin, even layer is usually sufficient.
4. Allow to dry and absorb
   • Keep your eyes open: After applying the growth gel, keep your eyes open for a few minutes to allow the gel to dry and be absorbed by the eyelashes and the skin around the lash roots. Avoid blinking frequently or rubbing your eyes during this time to prevent the gel from smudging or being wiped off.
5. Aftercare
   • Do not apply other products immediately: Avoid applying mascara or other eye products immediately after applying the eyelash growth gel to allow it to work effectively. Wait at least 15-20 minutes before applying other makeup or skincare products.
   • Follow the usage instructions: Different eyelash growth gels may have different recommended usage frequencies, such as once a day or twice a day. Follow the instructions on the product packaging carefully and be consistent with your application routine for better results.
